Deepdive (App for sleep)
The app has combined simple breathing exercises with relaxing music for a smooth immersion in sleep. Stress, nerves and unfinished business steal precious hours of our sleep. The app is based on the breathing practice described by Leonardo da Vinci six centuries ago.
The essence of the breathing exercise is to create light oxygen hunger, or in other words, hypoxia. When you hold your breath, the body "slows down" all processes in the body. Mind and body relax and gradually fall asleep to calm music.
