• LEARN THE HISTORY OF NACHOS - Ignacio Anaya Garcia (whose nickname was Nacho) invented "Nacho’s Especial" back in 1940 while working working at restaurant in Piedras Negras, Mexico. His special became so popular, that it became it's own menu item. He later opened his own restaurant and called it, "Nacho's."
