Shaping the Future Consultant Experience

Sogeti’s existing counselor program, while functional, consistently received poor employee satisfaction scores. To better understand why, we put together user research roadmap. With the help of another consultant, through interviews and collaborative workshops, we performed a full Heuristic (or Usability) Evaluation, established employee personas, and constructed a full Consultant Journey Map providing key information to executive leadership with strategic program insights and final recommendations.
