Lettering for Hot Flash Heat Waves Raindrop Music Video

I worked in partnership with BOREDOM, a San Francisco based director duo, to create this series of 5 ornamental script pieces. The lettering was featured in the animated opening title sequence for their award winning music video "Raindrop" by Hot Flash Heat Wave. Inspired by the free-form lettering of the late 1960's and the rounded slab-serif lettering of the 1970's, two of the pieces were chain stitched by Samantha Saavedra onto vintage racing jumpsuits.
