Problem
Outdated enrollment pages are confusing for companies with complex member types.
Solution
I took the initiative to update the enrollment landing page. I worked with the Product Team to ensure the UI is consistent with the rest of the sign-up process.
My Role
I conceptualized the creatives for the UX. I also designed digital and print pieces and oversaw the production of the final pieces. I worked with members of the Product, Client Success, and Member Engagement.
