Kimono

Kimono is an original work I created for the 2020 Inktober challenge. I wanted to use the month long challenge to create a single larger piece, while also creating a few smaller images to be incorporated into the larger piece.

Kimono was created on a large 13x19 sheet of paper using Hi-Carb India Ink and a dip pen. 17 smaller pieces were also created and you can purchase those original works here.

I loved working on this project and am really please with the final result. I challenged myself to incorporate only natural elements, making the robe very organic and fluid.
