Hi again,
Some time ago we were asked to improve the existing official Kyiv travel website for foreign travelers, we had a full-fledged process (starting from stakeholder interviewees to personas, usability
heuristics, user interviews, cjm, user testing, and visual design concept.
That was a great experience!
