In an ideal world, dispatchers would always have access to an ambulance and could send one out as soon as a request comes in. But we all know that it’s not possible. Based on a quick call, it is often hard to determine how much help is needed. It is found that more than 50% of calls for help aren’t emergencies and ambulances are sent to those who don’t need this kind of assistance. Callert makes it easier for dispatchers to establish whether a caller needs immediate attention or not.
