Web Design (Madlib)

I set myself a project to design a web page inspired by my favorite beat maker and producer, Madlib.

I combined modern typography design and a grungy aesthetic to reflect Madlib’s notable sound; raw and lo-fi. I added the noise-inspired texture to my image and to the heading text.

The extended bold typeface represented Madlib's presence and recognition, in a visual and contemporary way.

I also incorporated an animated vinyl label that spins while playing BG to make the page a feel 'live' and playful.
