Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. is a publicly traded company, the majority shareholder of which is the Government of Brazil, and is therefore a state-owned company with mixed economy but which operates worldwide and is publicly traded on the stock exchange. This conceptual re-reading has as its theme the amount of information and services that can be arranged through the concept of blocks.
