Typical agency structure involves several levels of hierarchy, so the client rarely gets to talk directly to the people making the product. At Mess, we’re a team of makers. We’ve streamlined our process to include stakeholders and decision makers at the table, but we keep it as pared-down as possible because we believe budgets should be spent making the thing instead of meeting about making the thing.

When Sinai Health System came to us, they needed a site that was beautiful, content-rich, and multi-lingual, but most importantly they wanted a site that non-tech-saavy people could use effortlessly. They didn’t have a million-dollar budget, but with our efficient creative and development process, we gave them a ton of bang for their buck.
