Thoughts are like seeds sowed into a garden with fertile soil. A good thought springs off life and a toxic thought leads to death. We are not to conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of our mind.

Regardless of what you feel, see and understand, choose God’s truth – choose life. Reject the lies of the evil one and meditate on whatever that is true, noble, right, pure, lovely and admirable.

The battlefield of the mind can be won because you were made powerful. And it starts by taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ.
