November 1 - National Brush Day
OK - You had fun eating Halloween sweets and treats yesterday. Today you are invited to focus on cleaning your teeth. As Amy Sedaris taught my kids on Yo Gabba Gabba, "You have to take care of your teeth. Because you don't want to be like my Grandmama who keeps her teeth in a jar, do you??? We don't want that!"
HOW TO CELEBRATE NATIONAL BRUSH DAY -
• Make sure you (and your kids) are brushing your teeth for 2 minutes, twice a day.
• If it has been more than 3 or 4 months, swap out your toothbrush for a new one. We have been using Quip for almost 2 years now, and they automatically send us replacement toothbrush heads every 3 months!!!
• Schedule a check-up appointment with your dentist!
BTW - Our November #CelebrateEveryDay Desk Calendar and Planner Stickers are now available. Click the link in our bio or use this link to download them today:
