GiveGab Giving Day Profile Redesign

This redesign is one that spans all of GiveGab's giving days. Taking all of the necessary parts (donation levels, matches, stories, giving campaign, socials) and reorganizing them to be more intuitive and streamlined. Some of the main changes are a use of a two-color system, a jump menu, and the use of a mainly one-column layout.
