Code quality platform collections

Light flavor of collections for a code quality platform redesign. The hierarchy goes Collection > Collections > Item

I wanted a quick, lightweight at a glance overview of tasks and objectives the user has collected. Drilling into the collection users can see what's been done and what's left to do. One layer deeper at the task level you'd have a chance to add details and assign the items, and see any adjacent activity that's occured.
