Icons - WIP

Working on a logo concept that merges a book + a person. Experimenting with simple linear illustrations. The actual name of the organization has the word 'book' in it, so when paired up with the icon, it will be instantly clear. My goal is to make sure the icon is easily recognizable without the name.

Any thoughts?
