EB Awareness Week 2020

An illustration and type/color system refresh for Epidermolysis Bullosa Awareness Week 2020. I like to do my part every year in sharing and spreading the word about EB, a rare genetic skin disorder that causes severely fragile skin and blistering.

Kids suffering from EB are known as "butterfly kids," as the lightest touch can tear their skin. In more severe cases, like my nephew's, kids will spend their entire lives bandaged and treating wounds that will not heal. There is no cure, but awareness is starting to grow! All the more reason to use my creative powers for good.
