Heating Oil E-Commerce Checkout Design

UX and UI project🥳🥳

Checkout flow interface design with small micro interactions. The goal was to transform a long and complicated buying process into a smooth journey for the user and limit the toss off.
Doing so by making a step to step user experience with enjoying micro interactions. This way the user will feel more engaged while purchase.

I did field reasearch to understand the complications the user might experience and information needed.

It was important to make the user feel safe and feel guided the whole way. Therefore, I worked alot on the small details such as the process bar, the numbers for each information filling and helping the user keeping overview, by always having current information filling available. This support the customer in long purchase experiences.

I used adobe xd for the prototype and wireframes.
