Abstract intangiable fuzzy wuzzy

early concept for a client who works as a consultant in the human resources space. it's gotta be abstract as they are a 'problem solver' or a hired gun to come and help clients fix sticky problems etc.

client kept coming back to the notion of 'authenticity' thus the more 'organic' feel for the icon - also getting at the core of an issue and unfurling it to start improving things, culture, communication etc.

might be a bit abstract but lets see.
