Natura: Innovation at Hand to Transform

Natura is a global cosmetics, hygiene, and personal care company, originally from Brazil. The company's app "My Business", was build to help consultants to manage easily their business and sell the products in Latin America.

What was the challenge?
"My Business" app needed to expand its features and possibilities to improve its results. We joined the challenge knowing it was necessary to change some aspects, expand options and uses, and improve the user experience and design. We worked on both the mobile app and its desktop version.

The solution
We developed a backend from scratch, so the client had an intermediate to facilitate the app's management in every scenario. We also created two new features: My Group, where leading consultants can follow their team results, and Stories, where users share content with all the consultants' community.
