NotLost is a customer service tool - specifically lost property management software for venues, transport networks and airports. It is a highly functional product that uses a proprietary matching engine and image recognition to match
lost items with online forms requests. It's configurable per customer in the BE and yet accessible for all users in the FE.
Product Management - Case Study
The platform was built in Angular 8, with various JS features, a Neo4J DB, and integrations with various NLP bots and image recognition from Cloudsight. The dev phase took 5 months and was broken down into agile "Feature Releases".
