Everyone is a Designer

Poster created to highlight the lack of gender, race, and class diversity within the design field. An overwhelming proportion of professional designers are white, male, and middle to upper-class, and this reflects on work that is similarly monolithic. We need to do better as designers creating opportunities for marginalized creators, which begins with recognizing the state of where things are.
