Aloha, Gojek illustration

What makes Gojek illustration human? Or dare we say... feel like a human? When we all got together and brainstormed our new illustration style, we'd become aware that pulling hundred of sketches for the sake of grandiose/cutting-edge style alone is not enough. We did it with a purpose; to help our users.

Fast forward through hundreds of sketches, exploration, tests, looong zoom calls, tests, late night chips, sketches, force quit, infinite loading (yes, again!), screaming internally - kidding on the last part
Nooow, we set our sails and here to say ALOHAAA... to our new Aloha illustration.

Simple. Expressive. Relatable. Humane. Just like Gojek.
