HR App Concept

Resource is a fictional brand designed for a HR application concept. This project was created for a design challenge focused on the HR admin experience.

I wanted to set this concept apart from the typical formats and basic blues used for business applications and explore what possible focus areas actually apply to the HR admin's view. I believe that differing the view between users provides a more focused experience while ideally not being so drastically different that it creates a break in possible support communications between user types.

Based on a short brief, I created a possible flow for the broader objective. I then identified competitors, did a brief industry analysis, and reviewed general UX patterns and best practices related to user profiles.

Wireframes were then created, including screens that were not fully mocked in the final product, to get a sense for the user's navigation to this page in particular. From these wireframes, possible concepts were created before finalizing. A web app was designed prior to the possible mobile app/view, as the application was primarily web focused.

I opted to not implement a straight responsive experience, optimizing for the possible goals of a mobile user.
