Bus Ticket Booking App

Hello everyone!

Passaro Marron is a coach operator that connects São Paulo to various smaller cities close to it. I've recently used their app to book bus tickets and found it a very clunky and frustrating experience. So, I've decided to have a go and redesign it.

The most important insight that I've gathered during the design process was that people usually make recurrent trips (same origins, destinations, weekday and time). That happens because many customers work or study in a given city during weekdays (usually São Paulo) and live or visit family living in small cities during weekends.

To help users achieve their goals quicker and with more ease, I've created a "favorite trips" feature that works as a shortcut, skipping a few steps on the trip selection journey. I've also added a favorite destinations/origins feature, so the app would prioritize each users most typed in cities.
