MicrosoftOS Start Menu & Start Bar Concept // Dark Mode

Microsoft has often teased UI elements for Windows that don't (yet) exist.
I thought it might be fun to show off an alternate idea for a MicrosoftOS, an OS that is a departure from Windows in the design department, where the OS is design based, rather than simplicity and familiarity based.
The Start Menu is one of the most well-known elements of Windows, and is mimicked by other operating systems, but in my opinion, not done as well as in Windows.
The Action Center is a rather new element to Windows, being introduced as the Charms Bar in Windows 8/8.1, and being restructured into the Action Center in Windows 10. It is the best way to get quick access to your notifications, and quick toggles from anywhere in the system.
