Multi-tool project with focus on the user. Project involved research of the tool and its functionality, market research of brands and their differences, and last but not least the different user types and their user habits.

The work involved surveys, home/phone interviews and workshops (to realize the beginner's initial response) and finally the creation of personas (see Picture 7-8) to lay the groundwork for the product design.
