GALVANI

Galvani music education is a multidisciplinary music education by Alessandro Galvani, a music composer. For Galvani, being a musician is not simply about playing an amazing harmony over an instrument, or singing a song with just a good voice. “Being a musician also means that you understand the ‘how’ behind the ‘what’, the music academic education.” This passion led him to create a 21st century music institute. With the aim to guide students become real musicians alongside technological evolution.

The logo for Galvani music education was created in a form of logotype, by using sans serif typeface to appear humanist, clean, and modern. Another typeface used is monospace type, which indicates the formalities of the institute and also represents the mechanistics of technology.

The idea for the Galvani branding was inspired by musical staff, a crucial element in music. So for the secondary logo, which is the logogram, was built from the combination of musical staff to dispatch the character of Galvani as music composer.
