Day 13 Direct Messaging #DailyUI

This is a chatbox for Mama's little bakery customer support. Customer can make special requests here, or contact the seller here to track their orders.
The tick icon and customer service icon under the lastest customer chatbox will indicate the message has sent successfully and customer service has read.
I think the feedback of sending message is important, in case, a customer actually didn't send the message successfully, but they have no idea about it, then they will be angry about why the seller ignoring them. To avoid miscommunication / unpleasant experience, I set the icon to indicate message states.
