Online Passport Queue System (Redesign)

This project is part of the result of my undergraduate thesis titled "Evaluation and Design Improvement Development on The Directorate General of Immigration of the Republic of Indonesia Site Using the Design Thinking Approach". The design process method used in the thesis is Design Thinking, with several user research methods such as online questionnaires (both qualitative and quantitative), interviews, usability testing, and heuristic evaluation.
