Customize Product

We as a designer always think about the user experience and betterment of it. After conducting the exhaustive user research and considering the scenarios we build on top of it. It is very hard, to sum up, all in one, and define what could an ideal user want. But I was just thinking, what if still there is no customer satisfaction and user's need is very subjective. And like this sometimes there are voids in the customer experience because of changing the context user to user. Thus in such cases, we must give partial control to the user so that end-users could tweak the solution according to their needs. In the end, we are crafting the solution for the user and we must think about these critical angles while consolidating the system. And like this empathy could be established.
