Hey! What's up?
Since you are here, take a moment for your self and breathe. Let's do the 4-7-8 exercise, I'll guide you.
For 4 seconds you are going to inhale through your nose.
For 7 seconds you are going to hold it in.
And for 8 seconds you are going to exhale
How you feeling now?
Is really important to take small breaks from real life, otherwise your brain is going to fill up with stress and anxiety.
