October 14- National Fossil Day

Today is the 11th #NationalFossilDay, thrown by the National Park Service.

HOW TO CELEBRATE -

• Become a Junior Paleontologist by downloading the National Park Service's printable activity book:

• Start Digging! There are a ton of excavation mystery fossil/toy sets out there to help your budding paleontologist get their little hands dirty.

• Visit a National Park or museum to learn more about when "Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth!"
