Methods I created an ideal user persona based on target audience analysis. Having this persona in mind, I designed the journey map outlining possible ways of navigating the website. Then, I developed a site map and content strategy with business goals in mind. I used wireframes to outline a basic website structure that is adaptive to all devices. I worked extensively with the client exploring visual design directions. I eventually developed a niche-specific colour palette to evoke a professional and trustworthy feeling.
