Designing Poetry for Visually Appealing Squares

When I began my first side-project in poetry, on Instagram, as bantermage, I discovered a new type of language. One that expressed the subtle relationship between words and imagery. Since this project was experimental, it gave me the freedom to explore what was possible, what worked, and what did not inside the 1x1 box canvas that Instagram allowed.
