Summer's gone, Corona is back, so I finally have time to update you with some of the projects I worked on.

This one was one of the most difficult projects to get into - the client is in the ad optimisation industry using ML and it took me a while to understand the ins and outs of their old platform, how everything works, what are the main challenges etc.

90% of the time was spent on user research: countless online and face-to-face meetings (pre-corona) with stakeholders and clients, more than 20 wireframing, blockframing and user flow sessions. Also had to put on a product manager hat to help prioritise problems & features.

All of this effort was totally worth it since together with the client we were able to transform an old, developer-designed platform (no offence devs!), into a clean, easy to use, mobile-friendly platform with lots of extra features.
