AI for Employee Engagement
One of North America’s leading relationship management SaaS providers asked Myplanet to tackle a series of intimate user research engagements focused on understanding how smart technologies, such as virtual agents and automation, could fit into their employees’ view of the ideal experience at work.
Working alongside the HR team, Myplanet interviewed a broad cross-section of employees from across North America and Europe. In total, Myplanet conducted interviews with over 60 staff members to gain a perspective on the palatability of automating different parts of the employee experience. We then delivered a comprehensive set of recommendations for the digital employee experience, captured in the form of employee personas and design principles.
