Professionals to Evaluate their organization’s jobs to build a Job Grading
Structure associated with an appropriate pay and compensation levels

EvalGrade uses a Quantitative approach to evaluate jobs
In this approach, Point Factor method is utilized to assess each job from
5 dimensions to determine the weight of the job within the organization
