ATS Dashboard

Hey Guys,
ATS Dashboard meant to ease the life of an HR.

By applying UX with User Psychology much of the data is simplified. I have restructured the product flow rather (UX architecture). Hoping to achieve the user and business goal.

Do share some thoughts on this.
