Interaction #39. The Donut Shop Checkout
Continuing with the donut theme here as an example. What if the UI elements meant user actions that pertain to them? Like tapping on a bag would mean "Add to bag", tapping on a credit card would mean paying with it. I believe it would maybe take a few minutes to get used to it given the nowadays conventions but it does seem like a more intuitive pattern long term.
What do you think? Hope you find this thought process interesting.
