iOS14 App widget - Skillshare App

Recently I worked on Skillshare App Redesign for a personal project. I took the opportunity to explore making widgets for the same.

some thoughts that went into it.
1. I thought about what is the most information that user returns for on the skillshare app? It is mostly to continue the lessons on the app.

2. Next, I thought of how to convey this piece of information with context? I Created the widgets which show the last lesson( thumbnail and title) that user took and the time left in the lesson upfront which saves the potential step of opening the app and finding this information.

3. I considered making the widgets with different sizes and the information that it will show

4. I designed for different use cases, for example, what if the user isn't taking any class or completed the class? which I will show in next shot so stay tuned :)
