On boarding
It is important to store the data and know more about the end-user. Taking the subjective information and impacting the user with the first impression of the solution is challenging. We should be very keen on what experience, the first impact we are creating. Most of the time we take care of it in an expressive way but we fail to touch the core functional aspects. We must keep up that excitement and with it, we have to gather more data. So the functionality must be put in such a way that the user would not have the cognitive load. And on the other side, we have all the information. This would help us to keep that excitement that aha effect for the user without making users think much. And thus it makes the onboarding process tricky.
