The project prioritizes maximum data coverage, representing complex analysis in a simple and transparent dashboard. This solution is designed to be scalable and modular in the long run.
The landing page of the HR Dashboard contains aggregated data for multiple metrics with dynamic components and information, allowing users to cross filter and interact with this single screen that unfolds to reveal, layers of additional information.
The chart visualization is simply overlaid with filters to foster the possibility of contextual inquiry. Frequent actions can be tailored by creating a Primary Dashboard according to the user needs and goals, accelerating content management.
