Might Scorched Petals Quench in the Waves?

This work approaches human’s relation to the greater-than-human world through a lens of hybridization and collaboration. Donna Haraway argues that one way to avoid the complete end to life as we know it is to hybridize with endangered species. Keeping that in mind, and a desire to develop confounding photo-sculptural elements (the printed three-dimensional flowers), the produced result became an amalgamation of my conceptual dives into what it means to truly coexist in equitable ways with the other creatures on this planet.
