When working on the main screen of the site, I was inspired by old Soviet posters. Posters from the Soviet era were created by artists manually on paper, conveying life and energy. In order to fit this into the site format and create the effect of a locomotive racing at full speed, I used tools such as smooth scrolling, trigger animation and parallax effects.

An important point in any design is typography. On the site, I used the FSRAILWAY and RussianRail G font family, which are used in the design of Russian Railways products and are an Element of the brand. We must pay tribute to them, they perfectly fit the theme of the «Soviet poster», and also gave the site uniqueness and charm.
