Liu Hai with Jin Chan is an old story of China. According to legend, Liu Hai There are golden toads in the wells in Changde City. They often spit out a white light at night, into the sky. The young boy Liu Hai, who lives near the well, has a poor family, he loves his mother. He often goes to the mountains nearby to chop wood, sell it to make a living. He lives with his mother. One day, a fox with magic in the forest , turned into a beautiful girl Hu Xiuying, blocking the way back home of Liu Hai, and demanding him to be married. After marriage, Hu Xiuying wanted to help Liu Hai ascend to the sky, spit a white beam in her mouth, let Liu Hai be the bait, and fished in the well. The golden toad bite up the bait, then Liuhai sat on back of the toad, jump and fade out in the sky. In order to honour the love of Liu Haixing with mom, the next generation built the Chanquan Temple beside the well, and made a statue of Liu Hai.
