Engagement

And here we are again!✌️
Renaizant was boosted by a new Engagement feature, which was developed to help organizations build balanced working environments & relationships. Originally, the feature should have included only 1 functionality – setting up eNPS survey, – but we decided to make it scalable for other engagement metrics, whatever they are, – such as happiness, recognition, loyalty, and others.

All of the metrics are based on the NPS-scale (from 0 to 10), which helps to determine the number of detractors, promoters & passives in the organization. Such a tool makes employees feel valued, as their opinions play a huge role in developing new strategies, and provides to HR & management huge masses of data (both qualitative and quantitative) to work with.

From the side of a product design we have:

• Done market & competitors research;
• Conducted contextual inquiry with domain expert;
• Prepared user flow charts that described different routes that users may perform;
• Created 2 iterations of the wireframes;
• Provided designs from the scratch (which included tons of states for the following pages – metrics listing, starting & editing a metric, reports page, survey views for different devices, respondents’ comments page, and many others).

Here you can see some shots of the flow of creation & editing a metric. We wanted to make surveys customizable, but filled with recommendations for the texts (welcome, follow-ups & thank you messages), that were carefully prepared by the UX Writer of our team. As this tool has it’s best practices, we wanted to provide users with them so they will onboard to the feature seamlessly even without much background behind them.
