Unified Search UI

Users in atSpoke are trying to accomplish one of two goals: either finding existing knowledge or creating a new ticket. The thing is, they don't always know which they need to do when they start.

I designed a new search UI that would allow users to accomplish either task. They can search for existing resources, and if none exist, they can file a new request that'll get sent to a real live human at their org who can help them.

Everything is designed for the keyboard — users can page up-and-down in the list, hit "enter" to select the current item, or hit CMD-# to select that number's item. And they can always hit CMD-Enter to enter the new request flow immediately.
