Globsurveys

Globsurveys is an online service intended to automate customer satisfaction processes in banks. It consists of both an extension that banks can add to their mobile apps and then collect the customer's feedback, but also as a web portal where commercial directors can access real time data.

We started with a working prototype to test the technical solutions and afterwards we proceeded with the design.
