Eat Real Food - Cook With Whole Ingredients

"Eat real food" sounds like an obvious thing to say, as if it should go without saying. But in today's industrialized world of processed products-that-are-edible, a reminder to eat only whole, real foods is necessary.
This print's unique wall paper background and abundant foreground was inspired by an 1940’s canning manual cover.
This is a fresh redesign of my early poster Eat Real Food from 2010. I kept the canning-manual-motif and focused on more abundance from the garden. While the print appears as a letterpress, it is not, but is still a long-living color print on acid-free paper.
